Team Marketing is a community-built space for hospitality marketers to connect, learn and support each other. Originally created as a WhatsApp group in 2020, it has since grown into a nationwide network of 800+ marketers, operators, suppliers and freelancers.

Our vision is to turn a simple chat group into something bigger: a place for honest conversations, shared learning, and the kind of collaboration our industry has always needed. Today, Team Marketing runs IRL events, regional meetups, speaker sessions, benchmarking, peer support and a growing programme of sponsor-led opportunities.

The aim is simple: to make marketing in hospitality feel less lonely, more connected and far more human, let’s build the most supportive marketing community in the UK.
